Gemma Leslie is an interdisciplinary visual artist, based in Montreal. Leslie explore different forms of intuitive, stream-of-consciousness emergent mark-making. Using traditional materials, they often focus on of line, memory and language. An affinity for narrative and documentation embeds itself in their process as well as their physical body of work. Their art extends into the expanded feild of drawing, by incorporating sculptural and video elements into their projects.
